Content Use Policy
Rules for using, copying and republishing content from the Bihar BIZWAGON directory, plus takedown and correction requests.

This policy explains who owns the content on Bihar BIZWAGON and how it may be used.
1. Ownership - Business owners own the text, logos, photographs and documents they upload, and remain responsible for them. - Reviewers own their reviews and photos. - Bihar BIZWAGON owns the directory structure, category and district data set, design, code and compiled listings database.
By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, resize, optimise, display and distribute it on the Platform and in related promotional material.
2. Permitted use You may view, search and share individual listing links, and quote small extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the listing.
3. Prohibited use - Scraping, crawling, bulk export or automated harvesting of listings. - Republishing the directory or any substantial part of it, in any format, including as a rival directory or a mailing list. - Using contact details for unsolicited calls, SMS, WhatsApp broadcasts or email marketing. - Removing attribution, or presenting our data as your own. - Re-uploading someone else's photographs, logos or trademarks without permission.
4. Accuracy of listing content Listing content is supplied by owners or drawn from public sources. We do not verify every price, offer, certificate, licence number or claim. Content may become outdated. **We only list the data — we take no responsibility for reliance on it, or for any loss or money-related issue arising from it.**
5. Prohibited listing content Illegal goods or services, adult content, weapons, counterfeit items, unlicensed financial or medical services, multi-level marketing recruitment, hate speech, and misleading guarantees of returns or cures.
6. Corrections and takedown If content on the Platform is inaccurate, infringes your copyright or trademark, or discloses private information, email legal@biharbizwagon.com with: - the listing or review URL, - the specific content complained of, - the reason and any proof of ownership or identity, - your contact details.
We acknowledge within 3 working days and act on valid requests within 7 working days. Content may be temporarily hidden while under review.
