These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Bihar BIZWAGON (the "Platform"). By browsing, registering, listing a business, writing a review or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. What the Platform is Bihar BIZWAGON is an online business directory. We publish business information submitted by owners or gathered from publicly available sources. We are not a marketplace, agent, broker, guarantor or reseller. We do not participate in, supervise or underwrite any transaction between a user and a listed business.
2. Eligibility and accounts - You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. - You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. - Provide accurate information. We may suspend or delete accounts that use false identity or contact details.
3. Listing rules When you add or claim a listing you confirm that: - You are the owner or an authorised representative of the business. - The information, documents and images you upload are accurate, lawful and yours to use. - The business is real, operational and not engaged in illegal activity.
We may edit, unpublish, merge, suspend or delete any listing at our discretion — for example on duplicate entries, fraud reports, verified complaints or legal notice.
4. Verification badges Verification means our team reviewed documents supplied by the claimant at a point in time. It is not an endorsement, certification, background check, credit assessment or quality guarantee. Documents can be forged and circumstances change. Always do your own due diligence.
5. Reviews and user content - Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Paid, fake, incentivised or competitor-planted reviews are prohibited. - No abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or personally identifying content. - You retain ownership of what you post but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute it on the Platform. - We may moderate, hide or remove any user content without prior notice.
6. Prohibited use You must not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, resell or republish directory data; misuse contact details for spam or telemarketing; attempt to breach security; upload malware; or impersonate any person or business.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability The Platform and all listings are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose of any listing.
We only list data. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, financial loss, fraud, non-delivery, defective goods or services, payment dispute, injury or any other issue arising out of your dealings with any business listed on this Platform. Any contract you enter into is strictly between you and that business. Verify credentials and confirm terms independently before paying any money.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
