Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about listing a business, claiming ownership, verification badges, reviews and reporting on Bihar BIZWAGON.

Is listing free? Yes. Adding a basic business listing to Bihar BIZWAGON is free. Optional paid promotion is available separately.

How do I add my business? Create an account, then use Add your business. Fill in the name, category, district, contact details and description. Listings are published after a basic check.

How do I claim a business that is already listed? Open the listing and click Claim this business. Upload proof such as a GST certificate, trade licence, shop photo with signage, utility bill or Udyam registration. Our verification desk reviews it and the status moves from Pending to Approved or Rejected, with a note.

What do the badges mean? - Admin Verified — our team has checked supporting documents for this business. - Owner Claimed — a registered owner has taken control of the listing and maintains it. - No badge — the listing is from public sources and has not been claimed yet.

A badge means we saw documents at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of quality, licensing, solvency or performance.

Can I edit my listing later? Yes. Once your claim is approved, the listing appears in your dashboard where you can edit details, opening hours, services, logo, cover and gallery images.

How do reviews work? Any signed-in user can post a rating and review. Owners can reply. Reviews that are abusive, fake or off-topic are hidden or removed by moderators.

How do I report a wrong or fraudulent listing? Use the Report button on any listing. You can select a reason and attach evidence. Our moderators can warn the owner, suspend, merge or delete the listing.

I lost money dealing with a listed business. Can you help? We are sorry, but we cannot. Bihar BIZWAGON only lists information — we are not a party to any transaction and are not responsible for any loss, payment or dispute. Please report the listing so we can act on it, and pursue the matter with the business, the police or a consumer forum.
