Free basic listing
Adding, claiming and managing a standard business listing on Bihar BIZWAGON is free. We will never ask a business owner to pay in order to keep an existing free listing online.
Paid services
We may offer optional paid services such as featured placement, homepage or category promotion, and banner advertising. Prices, duration and placement are agreed in writing before payment.
Payments
- Pay only through the official channels confirmed in writing by our team.
- We never accept payments to personal accounts or through unsolicited phone calls. If someone contacts you claiming to collect a Bihar BIZWAGON fee, verify with ads@biharbizwagon.com before paying.
- Applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law and an invoice is issued.
Refunds
- Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase and before the promotion goes live: full refund.
- After the promotion goes live: pro-rated refund for the unused period, at our discretion.
- No refund where the promotion was removed because of a policy breach, fraud, fake documents or a valid legal complaint against the advertiser.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
No guarantee of results
Paid placement increases visibility. It does not guarantee enquiries, calls, sales or revenue, and it does not create any verification badge or endorsement.
Disputes
Write to ads@biharbizwagon.com with your invoice number. Nothing in this policy makes us responsible for any transaction between a user and a listed business — see our Disclaimer.
